2.3 Privacy Policy

Xiaomi's privacy policy explains how Xiaomi collects, uses, processes, discloses, and safeguards the personal data collected from users. Our privacy policy consists of a General Privacy Policy ("Xiaomi Privacy Policy"), and a separate privacy policy for each specific product or service, if applicable. The General Privacy Policy applies to all Xiaomi devices, websites, or apps that reference or link to it. In contrast, the separate privacy policy only applies to the specific product or service. When a product has a separate privacy policy, it takes precedence over the General Privacy Policy for that product.

We periodically review and may update our privacy policies. In the event of a significant change to the policies, we will post it on Xiaomi's websites, or notify users via email/their mobile device. Where required by law, we will seek users' explicit consent before collecting additional personal information or using/disclosing their personal information for new purposes.
