Wallpaper Carousel provides high-quality wallpaper rotation for the user's lock screen interface, including sports, nature, fashion, news, business, and other content. It was first launched in India in April 2019 and gradually introduced to global markets, including Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, etc., mainly using API/SDK integration methods. The content is not self-operated but obtained through partnerships with third parties.

1) Basic Functions
Wallpaper Carousel mainly provides the following functions for users:
Change the lock screen wallpaper every time the screen is turned on
Swipe right on the lock screen to smoothly browse more wallpaper content before unlocking, and each wallpaper contains clickable interactions
Users can add local pictures to the wallpaper library, and these offline contents will be displayed together with online content, and users can choose the display frequency of offline contents
Xiaomi only collects data uploaded by Wallpaper Carousel and introduces third party push content. The collected data is not stored on Xiaomi's servers. At the same time, the collected data does not include personal information and does not undergo automated processing and analysis such as user profiling.

4.9.4 Manage Your Privacy
1) Access, Download, or Delete User Data
There is no user login interface for the Wallpaper Carousel users, and the server does not store any personal user data. If a user request access, download, or deletion of personal data, they can report log and UUID through email feedback, and Wallpaper Carousel will delete the user's relevant data on the data platform and notify the third parties to process the data accordingly.
2) User Service Cancellation
The app data saved on the user's device can be deleted by clicking "Clear Data" in the system settings. After deletion, it is considered that the user has revoked their consent to the relevant policies. When using the app again, the user needs to agree to the relevant policies again.
3) Withdraw Your consent
You can withdraw your Wallpaper Carousel consent by going to Settings > Wallpaper Carousel > Privacy Policy > Withdrawal of Consent.
4) Manage Personalized Recommendations
Users can turn off push notifications from the Wallpaper Carousel in the system settings. Some service providers provide personalized recommendations, such as Taboola and Glance. Users can disable the personalized recommendations in the setting of the Wallpaper Carousel. 5) Limitation of Processing Authority (only for the European Economic Area)
Regarding Taboola users, Xiaomi solely uploads the data without any storage or processing involved.
Other service providers do not provide services in the European Economic Area (EEA).
